The mission of NC-ACCESS is to “provide relevant practical training and enhance the unique skills of the professional staff who help facilitate the success of students in North Carolina’s community colleges.”

To aid in this endeavor, NC-ACCESS is recruiting student development personnel to support the project in two specific ways:

  1. Serve as an expert by sharing programs, processes, and materials for dissemination across the state through the NC-ACCESS website
  2. Serve as a mentor by guiding and supporting new NCCCS Student Development personnel
